Return Eligibility

Customers can raise a return, replacement, or refund request within 48 to 72 hours of delivery, depending on the nature of the issue.

Returns or replacements are applicable only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)

  • The issue is reported within the allowed return window

Required Proof

To process any return or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Images/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Product packaging and label details

  • Order information for verification

Requests without proper proof or unboxing evidence may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Verification Process

Once the request is submitted, our team will carefully review and verify the provided details and evidence. If the claim is found to be genuine and valid, a replacement, return, or refund will be approved accordingly.

Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or consumed products

  • Pet food preference-related issues

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

  • Minor packaging dents or damage that do not affect product quality

  • Requests raised after the allowed return period

  • Requests submitted without sufficient proof

Refunds & Replacements
