Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. During high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may vary slightly.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS so you can follow your pet’s goodies all the way home.
